Join us and be among the first to preview and indulge in new limited-edition truffles and caramels, to be released weekly. We'll be hosting the event at our production studio, located at 2745 W. Armitage. The evening runs from 5:30-8:30, open-house format: an hour is usually plenty of time.
$25 includes an evening of food and fun: libations, savory bites, and sampling as yet un-launched truffles, caramels, and marshmallows. Space is limited and truffles are made to order, so reserve your spot today. - Orange + Rosemary + Cardamom semisweet chocolate, orange, rosemary, and cardamom.
- Strawberry Fennel white chocolate, fresh fennel fronds, market strawberries from summer, fennel pollen.
- Grapefruit Basil semisweet chocolate with fresh grapefruit & basil infused in Kilgus Farms cream.
- Cassis Rosemary bittersweet chocolate, blackcurrent liquor with rosemary-infused cream.
- Rhubarb Orange milk chocolate and lots of local rhubarb, cooked down 'til delicious and infused with zesty orange.
- Cherry Earl Grey semisweet chocolate and MI cherries with SenTeaMental Moods earl grey tea.
- Key Lime Pie white chocolate with key lime juice & zest and a graham streusel topping.
- Bourbon + Praline Pecan bittersweet chocolate, FEW bourbon, pralined pecans.
- Lime + Chili + Peanut bittersweet chocolate, almond milk, grapeseed oil, lime, ancho chilis, roasted peanuts.
Caramels
- Pecan + Cinnamon + Vanilla roasted pecans & cinnamon in our classic vanilla caramel.
- Lavender Lemon lavender & lemon infused cream blended with our honey caramel.
- Chocolate Malt our fudgy chocolate caramel with malted milk crisp.
- Grapefruit Thyme our classic caramel made with grapefruit & thyme-infused cream.
- Lemongrass Ginger vanilla caramel with tangy, bright lemongrass and zesty, earthy ginger.
- Pineapple Brandy roasted pineapple and brandy infused in our honey caramel.
- Banana Malt Fleur de Sel banana caramel with malted milk crisp, milk chocolate, and sea salt.
